I can highly recommend Lee, and Berkshire HVAC, he installed my a/c unit in August 2026 and I absolutely love it! Right from the start, there was no "hard sell" during the survey, all costs were clearly identified and lots of information given regarding the different units. During the install Lee was meticulous in his workmanship, very clean and tidy and did an excellent job. I'm extremely impressed with the whole experience. We had a Fujitsu air conditioning unit installed in our bedroom last week and we’re very happy with it.

From the initial contact to book an appointment to look at the job, to the final completion Lee was professional and communication was excellent. Options for different price points were offered and explained. Not once did I feel like a more expensive option was being pushed.

The work was completed efficiently and Lee made sure to tidy everything up for a sleek finish.

It wasn’t an easy installation thanks to some layout logistics of our house, but where others shied away from this, Lee took it all in his stride.

He installed our underfloor heating in our downstairs area and fitted a whole new heating system as well as two new bathrooms and the plumbing for our new kitchen.
